Explosions shake Kyiv’s heart, fireplace at residential constructing – officers

KYIV: A number of explosions shook Kyiv’s central Shevchenkivskiy district early on Sunday, inflicting a widespread injury and a fireplace at a residential constructing, officers stated, within the first assault on Ukraine’s capital since early June.

Emergency companies stated that because of the Russian shelling a fireplace broke out in a 9-story residential constructing that had been partially broken within the assault.

Kyiv’s mayor, Vitali Klitschko, stated that residents are being rescued and evacuated from two buildings.
