No less than 10 killed, 3 lacking in central China flooding

BEIJING: No less than 10 individuals have been killed and three are lacking in flooding within the central Chinese language province of Hunan, state media report.
Storms have pummeled the province for the reason that starting of the month, with some monitoring stations reporting historic ranges of rainfall, the Xinhua Information Company mentioned late Wednesday.
Round 1.8 million individuals have been affected within the largely rural, mountainous province — 286,000 of whom have been evacuated to security whereas greater than 2,700 homes have been broken or collapsed completely, Xinhua mentioned.
